Can we cancel any time?
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the cycle. Enterprise contracts are annual with clear off-ramps.
Who owns the agents?
You do. Prompts, embeddings, and tuned weights are licensed to you for the duration of the contract — and exportable on exit.
